Disaster Aid. If the Employer approves an employee’s written request for absence from work to perform volunteer disaster relief service, the employee may use unpaid time off rather than PTO. Separation of Employment (PTO): After completion of at least 90 calendar days of continuous employment, upon separation of employment an employee may be eligible for payout of PTO hours earned but not used.
