Disaster Aid. Should the Facilities be damaged or destroyed as a result of an event for which federal or State of California disaster aid is available, the Corporation and/or the District shall promptly apply for disaster aid. Any disaster aid proceeds received shall be used to repair, reconstruct, restore or replace the damaged or destroyed portions of the Facilities, or, at the option of the District, to prepay the Rental Payments if permitted under the disaster aid program and the law.
