Disappearance. It will be presumed that death has occurred if the Covered Person has been missing for twelve (12) consecutive months and We have examined all available evidence provided to support the conclusion that death was caused by an Accident covered by this Master Certificate. If at any time after payment has been made by Us for such claim, the Covered Person is found to be living, full refund shall be made to Us.
