Common use of Disappearance Clause in Contracts

Disappearance. We will pay for loss of life, as shown in the Table of Loss, if Your body cannot be located within 365 days after a disappearance due to an Accident during Your Trip. We have the right to recover the benefit if We find that You survived the event. Exposure and/or Disappearance Benefits are supplemental to benefits provided under Accidental Death and Dismemberment and Your Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage may not exceed the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits. These benefit(s) will not duplicate any other benefits payable under the policy or any coverage(s) attached to the policy.
