Disabled Persons. The Employer may employ a person with a physical or mental disability on a part-time basis beyond the limits of Section 1.6. It is the intent and purpose of this stipulation to permit a person hired by the Employer who is physically or mentally unable to work an eight (8) hour day because of a physical or mental disability to be allowed continued employment beyond the one hundred twenty (120) working days.
