Common use of Disability Policy Clause in Contracts

Disability Policy. The Company acknowledges that notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, Executive shall be entitled to continue her current supplemental disability insurance policy during the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder at the Company’s expense, without income tax reimbursement, and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s current practices.
