Disability Policy. During the term of Employee’s employment under this Agreement, Employer shall reimburse Employee for premiums on a disability policy providing for coverage at a rate equal to 50% of Employee’s base salary in effect from time to time under this Agreement.
Disability Policy. The Company acknowledges that notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, Executive shall be entitled to continue her current supplemental disability insurance policy during the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder at the Company’s expense, without income tax reimbursement, and otherwise in accordance with the Company’s current practices.
Disability Policy. The Bank will annually reimburse McAuxxxxx xxx the premium paid by him to maintain in force an individual disability income policy. The reimbursement shall be (i) made within ten (10) days following submission by McAuxxxxx xx the Bank of an expense report with appropriate supporting documentation and (ii) treated as compensation to McAuxxxxx xxx shall be subject to all appropriate withholdings.
Disability Policy. 4. The University provides support to students who declare a disability and have a range of reasonable adjustments that can be put in place. Please inform us soon as possible of any requirements. If the University has not been made fully aware of the requirements of a student with a disability during initial communications with the University, it cannot guarantee that suitable resources will be available on the student's arrival in St Xxxxxxx - although of course, every reasonable attempt shall be made.
Disability Policy. The Company shall maintain that certain disability policy provided to Consultant through the end of the period covered by all premiums rightly payable prior to December 1, 2004. Thereafter, such policy premiums shall be paid by Consultant if he so chooses to retain said policy.
Disability Policy. Company will maintain an accident and disability policy for Executive during his employment period. The policy shall not be for less than 60% of Executive's Base Salary.

Disability Policy. PremierWest shall maintain or cause to be maintained the disability policy currently in force for the Executive (policy number 00C7583940, effective October 1, 1998, Standard Insurance Company) or a replacement disability policy providing equal or greater disability benefits.
Disability Policy. During the term of this Agreement, Employer agrees to pay the annual premium on Executives disability policy (Mass Mutual, policy no. 8476349) in the amount of $4,758.00.
Disability Policy. Upon presentation of appropriate documentation, the Company will pay the premiums for the Mass Mutual disability insurance policy number 8370383 and the Boston Mutual disability insurance policy number 5070-0012 maintained by you, in an amount up to $11,000 per annum. The foregoing shall not limit your participation in the Company’s disability programs, except to the extent required by the underwriters thereof.
