Disability Income Protection. The Town shall pay the full cost of each employee's weekly disability benefits of $250.00 per week for a maximum of thirteen (13) weeks, commencing upon the exhaustion of the employee’s accrued benefit time and any donated benefit time, for total disability as a result of an accidental injury or sickness as provided by the insurance contract in force.
