Common use of Director Limited Liability Clause in Contracts

Director Limited Liability. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Directors shall not be obligated personally for any debt, obligation or liability of the Company solely by reason of being the manager of the Company, and the debt, obligations and liabilities of the Company, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be solely the debts, obligations and liabilities of the Company.
