Direction to work Another Shift. Full-Time Employees regularly working a full shift who are directed to another shift by the Company shall be guaranteed the pay for the original shift. A Full-Time Employee shall not suffer a loss in wages if directed to a shift that provides more hours of work than his original shift. (a) All Farm and Interplant Tanker Drivers shall, upon completion of their unloading duties, be entitled to spend the remainder of the unloading period, up to but not exceeding one-half (½) hour, in the lunchroom. This remainder period shall be calculated as part of the regular work shift in recognition of them having worked through their lunch period. Furthermore, it is understood that all breaks other than lunch are deemed to be taken en-route.
