Common use of Direct mail # Clause in Contracts

Direct mail #. eMachines shall provide AOL with access to eMachines' direct ----------- mail or other customer lists, to the extent such lists exist, excluding subscribers to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ service, for AOL's mailing and acquisition efforts. Notwithstanding Section 10 of the Standard Terms, defined in Section 21, eMachines shall remain free to use and dispose in its sole discretion its customer lists and information.
