Common use of Direct Contracting Clause in Contracts

Direct Contracting. Goods which are of a proprietary nature costing less than $5,000 equivalent and not to exceed $500,000 equivalent in the aggregate, and works costing less than $10,000 equivalent and not to exceed $200,000 equivalent in the aggregate, may, with the Administrator’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with provisions of paragraph 3.7 of the Guidelines.

Direct Contracting. Goods which are of a proprietary nature costing less than $5,000 equivalent and not estimated to exceed $500,000 equivalent in the aggregate, and works costing cost less than $10,000 equivalent and not works estimated to exceed cost less than $200,000 10,000 equivalent in which the aggregate, may, with Administrator agrees meet the Administrator’s prior agreement, requirements for Direct Contracting may be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.7 of the Guidelinessaid procurement method.

Goods estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not exceeding $100,000 equivalent, and which must be purchased from the original supplier to be compatible with existing equipment or are of a proprietary nature costing less than $5,000 equivalent and not to exceed $500,000 equivalent in the aggregate, and works costing less than $10,000 equivalent and not to exceed $200,000 equivalent in the aggregate, may, with the Administrator’s Bank's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.7 of the Guidelines.Guidelines Part D: Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions
