Common use of Direct Contracting Clause in Contracts

Direct Contracting. Goods estimated to cost $50,000 equivalent or less per contract may, with the Association’s prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.7 of the Guidelines. Part C: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions
