Direct Assignment Activities. Direct assignment activities include, but are not limited to, information technology development, integration and maintenance used in conjunction with and in support of Power Management and Administrative Services (including software and hardware), term purchases and sales of energy, capacity, natural gas and other related attributes and commodities, market information and forecasting services, and other specific services provided as directed by the Commission from time to time, or in conjunction with or in support of the Service Agreements.
