Dining Room Services. The Community will operate a dining room providing three (3) meals each day for access by the Resident and the Resident’s guests. The Resident may receive one (1) meal a day, which can be breakfast, lunch or dinner, as part of the Resident’s Monthly Service Fee. The Resident may receive additional meals or have guests for an additional charge based on the meal rate schedule.
