DIMENSIONS OF VESSEL. 6.1 As a continuing warranty during the term of this Agreement, the Customer warrants that the dimensions of the Vessel as specified in the Berth Rental Agreement is true and correct and further undertakes not to allow any part of the Vessel (including spars, bowspirits, anchors, davits and tenders or any other thing affixed to the Vessel) to exceed such dimensions during the term of the Agreement.
