DILIGENT EFFORT. Licensee shall use diligent efforts to develop the LICENSED PATENT(S) and to introduce LICENSED PRODUCT(S) into the commercial market as soon as practicable consistent with sound and reasonable business practice and judgement, in order to maximise NET REVENUES.
