Common use of Digital Services Clause in Contracts

Digital Services. For certain Services, the Securitas Group may provide digital services to the Customer. The Customer is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to access and use any such digital services for the sole purpose of receiving the Services and the digital services during the term of the Agreement.

The Customer Client is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-non- sublicensable license to access and use any such digital services for the sole purpose of receiving the Services and the digital services during the term of the Agreement.
