Digene's Responsibilities. Digene shall take all reasonable steps to cooperate with Abbo▇▇ ▇▇ complying with any import, export or custom regulations applicable to the Shipped Products, to the extent consistent with applicable law, including filling out necessary paperwork or reports to obtain any applicable waiver, exemption or reduction of such duties in a timely manner.
