Different Product. If, as a result of any permitted work performed pursuant to Section 5.2, River Vision uses a new master cell line to develop and subsequently commercializes a Compound and/or a Product as a new biological entity (in addition to a first Compound and/or Product), so that such Compound and/or Product qualifies for an independent period of data exclusivity based on it being a new biological entity under a separate regulatory process, then such Compound and/or Product shall be a separate Product for purposes of Section 9.
