Common use of Dialogues Clause in Contracts

Dialogues. Both sides will establish the Dialogue to share the matters mentioned in ITEM 2 (1) Both sides will hold the Dialogue in Japan and in Thailand in principle annually or twice a year. (2) Before the Dialogue, both sides will consult on specific topics and other relevant matters for the Dialogue. (3) Both sides are able to invite relevant participants from other government organizations, private entities, academic specialists and the like of their own country as necessary.
