1. Any caseload midwife employed prior to the commencement of this agreement shall retain allowances and reimbursements bestowed by a previous variation and payable on the day prior to ratification of this document. 2. Those employees that were entitled to annual leave above the standard clause (13) shall retain their entitlement.
