DFEH Complaint Sample Clauses

The DFEH Complaint clause outlines the procedures and rights related to filing a complaint with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH). It typically specifies the circumstances under which an individual may submit a complaint, the process for doing so, and any obligations the parties have to cooperate with investigations or proceedings initiated by the DFEH. This clause ensures that parties are aware of their legal rights and responsibilities regarding discrimination or harassment claims, providing a clear mechanism for addressing such issues and promoting compliance with state fair employment laws.
