DEXXXXXX. 0.0 XXXXGATION TO MAKE DEPOSIT Upon receipt by Licensor of payment by Creative to Licensor of the Unlimited Use fee (Section 10.1 of the License Agreement) and Advance fee (Section 10.2 of the License Agreement), Depositor shall deliver to DSI the Proprietary Information and other materials ("DEPOSIT MATERIALS") required to be deposited by the License Agreement or, if the License Agreement does not identify the materials to be deposited with DSI, then such materials will be identified on an ATTACHMENT A. If ATTACHMENT A is applicable, it is to be prepared and signed by Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary. DSI shall have no obligation with respect to the preparation, signing or delivery of ATTACHMENT A.
