Metre more or less being Premises No. (Erstwhile plot No. 111E-4/1 in Block No.) in Street No. 48 M. WIDE ROAD situated in New Town, P.S. Rajarhat District: North 24 Parganas at or for the consideration therein mentioned and on the terms and conditions therein mentioned and thus, the Vendor herein became the sole and absolute owner of all that piece and parcel of land measuring about 48,573.66 Sq.
