The association hereby reaffirms that it will not engage in any strike, or cause, instigate, encourage, assist or condone any strike. The district recognizes the right of these unit members to organize and to bargain collectively through the association on such matters as salaries, hours and other terms and conditions of employment. The agreement is made and entered into on the 23rd day of June, 2015, by and between the Superintendent of Schools, SPENCERPORT CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Spencerport, New York, hereinafter referred to as the "district," and the unit members of this unit of aforementioned school district, represented by the SPENCERPORT PARAPROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as the "association." RECOGNITION Pursuant to the New York State Public Employees Fair Employment Act, the Board of Education of Spencerport Central School District has recognized the Spencerport Paraprofessional Association, hereinafter referred to as "association," as the exclusive negotiating representative for all Accompanists, Bus Attendants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Microcomputer Maintenance Technicians, School Aides and Teacher Aides employed by said district. ELIGIBILITY FOR BENEFITS All unit members employed by the District on June 30, 2000, while serving in a 27.5 (or more) hours per week position, will be considered as “full time” and will receive all of the benefits of unit members working 30 or more hours per week as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement. All unit members hired after June 30, 2000 are eligible for all of the benefits as detailed in Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12 of this agreement and considered “full time” when serving in a 30 (or more) hours per week position. Any unit member hired after July 1, 2000 in a 30 (or more) hours per week capacity who is involuntarily reduced to at least 27.5 hours per week will receive the benefits associated with “full time” employment (Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12).   • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Your Equipment All equipment and facilities provided by you for use with your Services is “Customer Equipment.” You are solely responsible for installing, maintaining, configuring, repairing, replacing, upgrading and using your Customer Equipment. Astound has no responsibility whatsoever with respect to your Customer Equipment. If your Customer Equipment impairs the Services, you will remain liable for payment of the applicable Fees for your Services. If, at your request, Xxxxxxx should attempt to resolve difficulties caused by your Customer Equipment, such efforts will be performed at Astound’s discretion and at Astound’s then- current standard hourly rates for such work. Any Customer Equipment you use in connection with the Services must meet Astound’s then-current minimum technical and other requirements.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Ownership Title to Project Deliverables This clause shall apply where Contractor is commissioned by the Authorized User to furnish project deliverables as detailed in the Purchase Order.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement. Customer further represents and warrants that its placement, arrangement, and use of the Customer Equipment in the Internet Data Centers complies with the Customer Equipment Manufacturer's environmental and other specifications.

  • Filing Systems and Equipment A complete and comprehensive catalog of filing systems including vertical and lateral files, bookcases, mobile cabinets and freestanding file cabinets.
