Device Security. You understand that data transmitted to mobile devices is not encrypted, meaning that others may be able to intercept transmissions of data relating to your Accounts. You agree to take precautions to protect the security and integrity of your Accounts when using Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking, including but not limited to (i) not leaving your mobile device unattended while logged into Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking; (ii) logging off immediately after using Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking; (iii) not providing your user name, Password, or other access information for Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking to any unauthorized person. You agree that you are solely responsible for all transactions made with respect to your Accounts by any person you allow to use your mobile device, login information or other means of accessing Digital (online and/or mobile) Banking.
