Common use of Deviations and OOS Clause in Contracts

At the request of either Party, the other Party and its Affiliates shall cooperate in the investigation and response to any Excipient complaints concerning Deviations and OOS, which may relate to *** or its Affiliates role in the Manufacture of Excipient (in addition to complying with the corresponding provisions in the Quality Agreement).
