Deviations and Exceptions. No exceptions to or deviations from the terms of this Agreement shall be permitted. In the event the Contractor wishes to modify the terms of this Agreement, a request for such modification shall be submitted in writing to the University’s Chief Financial Officer or his or her designee. Any modification to this Agreement shall be set forth in a written contract amendment thereto, signed by the Contractor, the University, and approved by the State of Connecticut Attorney General’s Office.
