Common use of Deviations and Exceptions Clause in Contracts

Deviations and Exceptions. To the extent permitted by law, any provision in these Rules of Procedure may be waived, suspended or modified by the Presiding Officer or the Hearing Body, as defined in Section 1.1.5, for good cause shown, either upon the Presiding Officer’s or the Hearing Body’s own motion or upon the motion of any Party.
