Common use of Developmental Rights Clause in Contracts

Developmental Rights. Executive agrees that any developments by way of invention, design, copyright, trademark or (a) relate at the time of conception or reduction to practice of the invention to the Company's business, or actual or demonstrably anticipated research or development of the Company; or (b) result from any work performed by Executive for the Company.
