Developmental Evaluation Clause Samples

The Developmental Evaluation clause establishes a framework for assessing a product, service, or process during its development phase. It typically outlines the criteria, methods, and timelines for evaluating progress, performance, or compliance with specified requirements before final acceptance. This clause helps identify issues early, ensures that the development stays aligned with objectives, and allows for adjustments as needed, ultimately reducing the risk of costly errors or rework later in the project.
