Development targets. The base for the determination of the quality targets of the following years is the actual Q-PPM value of a base year over all GRAMMER sites served. For new suppliers, depending on the commodity assignment, standard target PPM values are defined. Additional agreements are not made. Changes or additions are only possible in written form. This involves also the change of this written form clause. Existing contract agreements stay unaffected. For the purpose of executing this Agreement or any amendment or supplement thereof, facsimile signatures, PDF image signatures or electronic signatures rendered via an electronic signature service (e.g. DocuSign, AdobeSign) shall be treated as original signatures if in accordance with the applicable law and any such document shall be deemed to be in writing. The last given ppm-target will still be valid, even if no new or updated ppm-targets have been given.
