Development Support. In consideration of the payment by MSP to Elastic of the applicable Annual MSP Program Fee (as set forth on the applicable Order Form), during the term of this Agreement, Elastic will provide Support Services to MSP for MSP’s development use of the Software, in accordance with the Support Services Policy.
