Development Support. PalmSource’s technical support obligations under Section 8.1 (Development Support and Training) shall terminate within twelve (12) consecutive months after the release of a New Version, Upgrade or Update with respect to the prior version of the applicable PS Licensed Product. For example (i) upon the release of PS Product Software 5.0, PalmSource will cease providing development support for PS Product Software 4.0 within twelve (12) months, and (ii) upon the release of PS Product Software 4.1, PalmSource will cease providing development support of PS Product Software 4.0 within twelve (12) months.

Development Support.
