Common use of Development Services Clause in Contracts

Development Services. (a) The Developer shall oversee the development and construction of the Apartment Complex, and shall perform the services and carry out the responsibilities with respect to the Apartment Complex as are set forth herein, and such additional duties and responsibilities as are reasonably within the general scope of such services and responsibilities and are designated from time to time by the general partners of the Partnership (the General Partners) on behalf of the Partnership.

Development Services. (a) The Developer shall oversee the development and construction of the Apartment Complex, and shall perform the services and carry out the responsibilities with respect to the Apartment Complex as are set forth herein, and such additional duties and responsibilities as are reasonably within the general scope of such services and responsibilities and are designated from time to time by the general partners of the Partnership (the General Partners) Partners on behalf of the Partnership.

Development Services. (a) The Developer has heretofore performed certain services relating to the development of the Apartment Complex and shall continue to oversee the construction and development and construction of the Apartment Complex, and shall perform the services and carry out the responsibilities with respect to the Apartment Complex as are set forth herein, and such additional duties and responsibilities as are reasonably within the general scope of such services and responsibilities and are designated from time to time by the general partners of the Partnership (the General Partners) on behalf of the PartnershipPartner.
