Development Reports and Information. Gen-Probe and Chiron each shall keep the other informed of the progress of such party under the Development Programs for Blood Screening Assays and Blood Screening Instruments. Within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar quarter during the term of the Development Programs for Blood Screening Assays and Blood Screening Instruments, and within thirty (30) days following the expiration or termination of such Development Programs, Gen-Probe and Chiron each shall prepare and provide to the other party a reasonably detailed written summary report which shall describe the work performed by such party to date under such Development Programs. ***Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission.
