Development Program Results Sample Clauses

Development Program Results. During the Option Period, Endorecherche shall keep Schering reasonably informed as to the status and results of all development work for Acolbifene performed by or on behalf of Endorecherche. This shall include providing Schering with semi-annual written reports describing the research and development activities related to Acolbifene being conducted by or on behalf of Endorecherche and summarizing the data and results of work completed during the relevant calendar quarter. Any such reports, as well as any proposed protocols to be reviewed by Schering under Section 2.02(a), shall be forwarded to the attention of Schering’s Executive Vice President, Global Clinical Development at the address for notice set forth in Section 7.05.
