Development Phasing Schedule Sample Clauses

The Development Phasing Schedule clause establishes a timeline and sequence for completing different stages of a development project. It typically outlines key milestones, deadlines, and the order in which specific tasks or deliverables must be achieved, such as site preparation, construction phases, and final inspections. By clearly defining these phases and their timing, the clause helps coordinate project activities, manage expectations, and ensure that all parties are aligned on the progression of the work, thereby reducing the risk of delays and misunderstandings.
