Development Permits. (A) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to obtain all local development permits for the development of the Property. Local development permits, approvals and processes, some of which may have been obtained or complied with as of the Agreement Date, include, but are not limited to: (1) Site plan or preliminary plan approval; (2) Civil plan approval; (3) Final plat approval; (4) Zoning permits; (5) Building permits; and
