Sign Permits. That the Owner acknowledges and agrees that a sign permit is required prior to the erection or replacement of any signage on site and approval from the Ministry of Transportation may be required for such signage. 1. None.

Sign Permits. That the Owner acknowledges and agrees that a Sign Permit is required from the Town of Minto for any addition signage proposed in addition to the Approved Plans.

Sign Permits. The failure of this Agreement to address a particular permit, condition, term, or restriction does not relieve the Developer of the necessity of complying with the law governing the permitting requirements, conditions, terms or restrictions.
