Development in Additional Indications. (a) Upon the request of either Party, the JDC shall discuss the Development of Licensed Products in an Additional Indication in the Territory. The JDC shall submit such request to the JSC for review and approval together with a recommendation on whether to approve the Development in such Additional Indication. (b) If the JSC approves the Development of Licensed Products in an Additional Indication, the JDC shall prepare an update to the Development Plan, including all material Development activities that are required to obtain Regulatory Approval in such Additional Indications, estimated milestones and estimated timelines, and submit such update to the JSC for review and approval.
