Development Forum. The Parties hereby establish a forum for communications and discussions regarding the Development Plan (the “Development Forum” or “DF”).

As part of the JSC, the Parties will establish a development forum (the “Development Forum”) to communicate ZAI’s performance of the Development Program and to facilitate communications and the exchange of information related to the Development and Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory.
