Common use of Development Diligence Clause in Contracts

Development Diligence. Licensee shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts (itself or with or through its Affiliates and/or Sublicensees) to Develop Licensed Products in the Field in at least one Indication in [***].

Development Diligence. Licensee Licensee, directly and/or through its Affiliates or Sublicensees, shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts (itself or with or through its Affiliates and/or Sublicensees) to Develop the Licensed Compounds and Licensed Products in the Field in at least one Indication in [***]the Territory.
