Common use of Development and Test Environments Clause in Contracts

Development and Test Environments. In addition to production use of the Services, SVCE is entitled to one development and one test environment for use by Authorized Users at no additional charge. Such non-production environments shall have the same data storage and processing capacities as the production environment. Service Provider shall cooperate with SVCE’s requests in managing the non-production environments such as refreshing SVCE Data upon request.
