Common use of Developing and Adaptive Clause in Contracts

Developing and Adaptive. The Authorities acknowledge and agree that they are engaged in a long term relationship for their mutual benefit through the achievement of the Project. The Project will need to develop and adapt and each Authority will use reasonable endeavours to develop and maintain an effective joint process to ensure that the Project develops appropriately and in line with the principles set out in this Agreement.
