Rocket Software is not responsible or liable for Licensee’s development or use of additional software code or software products (“Licensee Software”) using software developer tools licensed by Rocket Software and Licensee will defend and indemnify Rocket Software against any claims, damages, costs, losses or expenses related to the development or use of the Licensee Software.
