– Develop Plan Goals. CONSULTANT, in conjunction with the COUNTY, shall establish goals that will be developed directly from input provided by the Working Group and the several MACs. CONSULTANT shall work with the COUNTY to narrow down and establish goals and policies for the LRSP that are specific to each of the following categories: • Implement goals that are representative of the 4 E’s (Education, Engineering, Enforcement and Emergency Services) • Reducing fatal and injury collisions on all public roads • Promote roadway safety awareness • Develop lasting partnerships that will benefit future projects and ideals • Instilling or enhancing a sense of collaboration among different disciplines • Advance risk-based, data-driven and systematic approach to improving safety • Empower incorporation of safety into routine business such as capital and maintenance projects • Leverage funding opportunities • Vision Statement, Supporting Goals, and Objectives
