Determination of Volume and Energy. a. The volume and energy amounts determined under the Contract shall be determined in accordance with the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act (Canada), RSC 1985, c E-4- (the “Act”) and the Electricity and Gas Inspection Regulations, SOR 86/131 (the “Regulations”), and any documents issued under the authority of the Act and Regulations and any amendments thereto.
