Common use of Determination of Volume and Energy Clause in Contracts

Determination of Volume and Energy. a. The volume and energy amounts determined under the Contract shall be determined in accordance with the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act (Canada), RSC 1985, c E-4- (the “Act”) and the Electricity and Gas Inspection Regulations, SOR 86/131 (the “Regulations”), and any documents issued under the authority of the Act and Regulations and any amendments thereto.

The volume and energy amounts determined under the Contract Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the Electricity and Gas Inspection Act (Canada), RSC 1985assented to 31 March, c E-4- (the “Act”) 1982 and the Electricity and Gas Inspection Regulations, SOR 86/131 (the “Regulations”)any regulations or other documents issued thereunder, and any documents issued under amendments thereto (collectively, the authority of the Act and Regulations and any amendments thereto"Act").
