DETERMINATION OF SEPARATE ACCOUNT VALUES. The method of determination by the Company of the Net lnvestment Factor, and the number and value of Accumulation Units and Annuity Units, will be conclusive upon the Owner, any assignee, the Annuitant, and any beneficiary.
